Bracket - 2nd Row Floor Panel - LH (Without 2nd Row Bench Seats) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
  2. In Toolbox, click Actions, and then search for ‘BCS2L’.
  3. Click PROC_REAR_MONO-SEAT-ENABLE-INSTALL-MODE, and then click Run. Allow the routine to complete.

    Click X at the top right of the window to close once completed.
  4. Disconnect the laptop from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
  5. Move the driver and front passenger seats fully forward.
  6. Remove the LH and RH rear sill panel trims. See Trim - Sill Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the 2nd row floor mat.
  8. Remove the 2nd row mid floor panel. See Floor Panel - Mid - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  9. Remove the 2nd row LH seat post inboard and outboard trim. See:
  10. Move the 2nd row LH seat fully backward using the comfort button.
  11. Remove the LH 2nd row seat sliding plate. See Plate - Sliding - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Release the tabs (x2) that attach the 2nd row LH seat inline harness bracket to the LH 2nd row front floor panel bracket.

    Release the bracket upward.
  13. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row LH front floor panel bracket to the vehicle, and then remove the bracket from the vehicle.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket

Install

  1. Install the 2nd row LH seat inline harness bracket on the sliding panel base.

    Slide the tabs downward to engage.
  2. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row LH front floor panel bracket to the vehicle.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
  3. Install the LH 2nd row seat sliding plate. See Plate - Sliding - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install 2nd row LH seat inboard and outboard covers. See:
  5. Move the 2nd row seat back to its original position.
  6. Install the 2nd row mid floor panel. See Floor Panel - Mid - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  7. Install the 2nd row floor mat.
  8. Install the LH and RH rear sill panel trims. See Trim - Sill Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Move the driver and front passenger seats back to their original position.
  10. Reconnect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
  11. In Toolbox, click PROC_REAR_MONO-SEAT-DISABLE-INSTALL-MODE, and then click Run. Allow the routine to complete.
