1. Open the LH front door.
2. Lower both front windows.
3. Open LH falcon wing door

   

4. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel
   Note

   2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

   

5. Move the LH front seat backward.
6. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel
   Note

   2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

   

7. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
   Note

   Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor

   

8. Open the hood.

   

9. Remove the rear underhood apron.

   

   

10. Power off the vehicle using the touchscreen.

    

11. Disconnect the LV battery connector and First Responder Loop.

    

    

    

12. Position seat to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect LH side body harness from seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Release red locking tab on black connector

    

13. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components

    

14. Disconnect LH front seat right footwell LED
    Note

    1x connector

    

15. Place front seat on a protected surface
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Place seat so the underside of the seat can be accessed

    

16. Disconnect LH front seat buckle harness
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

17. Release clip securing LH front seat buckle harness
    Note

    1x clip

    

18. Remove LH front seat LH under seat light assembly
    Note

    1x locking tab, Lift locking tab and slide light towards front of LH side rail, Lift opposite end of light and remove

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

19. Install LH front seat LH under seat light assembly
    Note

    1x locking tab, Slide light towards front of LH seat rail, Position opposite end, Then slide towards rear of LH seat rail to engage locking tab

    

    

    

    

    

20. Secure clip securing LH front seat buckle harness
    Note

    1x clip

    

21. Connect LH front seat buckle
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

22. Connect LH front seat right footwell LED
    Note

    1x connector

    

23. Position seat upright

    

24. Install LH front seat onto vehicle
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Take care not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle, Gateway configuration update for cfg_frontSeattype is needed when replacing from 4876527-XX-C to 4876527-XX-D or newer 1st Row LHD LH Performance Seat Assembly with 1st Row Mini-Tilt Motor Assembly

    

25. Position seat to gain access below seat bottom and connect LH side body harness to seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector, Recommend assistance

    

26. Position LH front seat upright for bolt installation
    Note

    Recommend assistance

    

27. Connect the First Responder Loop and LV battery connector.

    

    

28. Install the rear underhood apron.

    

    

29. Close the hood.
30. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.

    

31. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.

    

32. Move LH front seat forward

    

33. Secure LH front seat belt
    Note

    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizontal position. If it is not, unlock the linkage per removal steps. Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heard, the screw should rotate to the locked position. Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensioner. Perform a pull test with at least 15 pounds of force

    

    

    

34. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

35. Move LH front seat backward

    

36. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

37. Move the LH front seat to its original position.
38. Raise both front windows.
39. Close the LH front door.
