Connector - DC Input - Busbar - Charge Port to HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the charge port to HV battery busbars. See Busbars - Charge Port to HV Battery (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the HV connector busbars.

    Note
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 bit
  3. Carefully release the tabs (x4) that attach the charge port safety cover to the busbars, and then remove the cover.

Install

  1. Carefully slide the busbars into the charge port safety cover, and then secure the lock tabs (x4).
  2. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the to HV connector busbars.
