Decor Trim - Rear Door - LH (2025+) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Open the LH falcon wing door.
  3. Remove the clips (x7) that secure the LH rear decor trim panel, disconnect the harness connector, and then slide the trim rearward and push down the metal tabs (x2) to release the trim.

Install

  1. Connect the LH rear décor trim panel harness connector, secure the metal tabs (x2), and then slide the trim forward to install the clips (x7).
  2. Close the LH falcon door.
  3. Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
  4. On the laptop, click the Actions tab, type "TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGB" into the search field, click TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGBvia Toolbox: (link), click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  5. Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Firmware Reinstall - Touchscreen.
  6. Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
  7. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
