Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle on a 2 post lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  3. Remove the LH front wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
  4. Remove the LH front hub. See Hub - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the LH front brake shield to the knuckle, and then remove the shield from the vehicle.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

Install

  1. Install the bolts (x3) that attach the LH front brake shield to the knuckle.
