Brake Bleeder Machine (Flush)

Turn on the brake bleeder.
NotePlug in the machine, turn on the power switch, and make sure the pressure is turned off.

Prepare to drain brake fluid from the
bleeder.
NoteLift the suction hoses out of the fluid and up to the container's rim, then open the pressure valve slightly.

Drain the brake fluid from the brake
bleeder.
NoteConnect the filling adapter and hold it above a fluid container, press the start button until there is no more brake fluid coming out.

Flush the brake bleeder with the new
container of DOT5.1 fluid that will be used on the vehicle.
NotePut the suction hoses in the container of new fluid, hold the filling adapter over an empty fluid container, and press the start button until ~200 ml of fluid has been dispensed.

Return the brake bleeder to its initial
state.
NotePut the suction hoses back to DOT4 brake fluid container and turn the machine off.NoteIf in the future the bleeder machine is used to apply DOT4 fluid to a vehicle, the DOT5.1 fluid does not need to be flushed out.
