Decor Trim - Front Door - LH (2025+) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Pry the LH front door trim décor away from the door, release the hook and the clips (x7) that attach the décor trim to the door, and then disconnect the harness connector.

    Release the clips from the front side, and then work rearward. Clips will be retained with the door trim panel.

Install

  1. Connect the harness connector, and then install the hook and the clips (x7) that attach the décor trim to the door.

    Note
    Slide the hook into the trim panel, and then fully seat it.
  2. Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
  3. On the laptop, click the Actions tab, type "TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGB" into the search field, click TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGBvia Toolbox: (link), click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  4. Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Firmware Reinstall - Touchscreen.
  5. Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode (Enable and Disable).
  6. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
