1. Open all four doors
2. Lower LH and RH front windows
3. Move LH front seat forward
4. Remove LH front door sill trim panel
   Note

   8x clips, 3x datums

   

   

5. Remove LH rear sill assembly
   Note

   8x clips, 1x datum

   

   

6. Release LH front seat belt
   Note

   Turn release mechanism counter clockwise, turn back clockwise after releasing

   

7. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel
   Note

   2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

   

8. Move LH front seat backward
9. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel
   Note

   2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

   

10. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    Note

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
11. Move RH front seat forward
12. Remove RH front door sill trim panel
    Note

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

13. Remove RH rear sill assembly
    Note

    8x clips, 1x datum

    

    

14. Release RH front seat belt
    Note

    Turn release mechanism counter clockwise, turn back clockwise after releasing

    

15. Remove bolts securing rear of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

16. Move RH front seat backward
17. Remove bolts securing front of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

18. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal
    Note

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor
19. Move 40 seat fully backwards
    Note

    Using easy entry unlatch seat and move it fully backwards, Latch seatback to lock into position

    

    

    

20. Move 60 seat fully backwards
    Note

    Using easy entry unlatch seat and move it fully backwards, Latch seatback to lock into position

    

    

    

21. Remove 2nd row mid carpet floor board
    Note

    5x clips, Recommend assistance, Tilt front edge upwards and remove in vertical position

    

    

    

22. Open hood
    Note

    Via center display > Controls > Frunk Open
23. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

24. Power off vehicle via center display
    Note

    Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

25. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL

    

    

    

26. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect RH side body harness from seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Release red locking tab on black connector

    

27. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components

    

28. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and disconnect LH side body harness from seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Release red locking tab on black connector

    

29. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components

    

30. Release console back panel assembly
    Note

    6x clips, 7x datums, Disengage bottom clips last and pull rearward due to alignment

    

    

31. Remove console back panel assembly
    Note

    1x connector, Connector lock for lamp located underneath bracket

    

    

32. Release LH and RH rear console carrier
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

    

    

33. Remove LH front floor mat

    

34. Remove LH outboard footwell cover
    Note

    2x magnets, 2x datums

    

    

35. Remove LH inboard footwell cover
    Note

    1x cover, 1x clip, 1x datum, 1x screw, 8 mm, 1 Nm

    

    

    

36. Remove LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

37. Release LH center console lower bracket from IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

38. Remove RH front floor mat

    

39. Remove RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

    

    

40. Remove RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

41. Release RH center console lower bracket from IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

42. Release center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors

    

    

43. Release LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

44. Remove console assembly
    Note

    Lift at rear, rotate front from under IP and out passenger door, Take care not to scratch seats, IP or inner door panel, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

45. Remove LH front seat outboard riser
    Note

    2x bolts, 13mm, 33 Nm, Discard patch bolts after removal

    

    

    

46. Remove 1st row podium LH inner seat riser trim covers
    Note

    2x clips, Remove inner outboard cover first then inner inboard cover

    

    

    

47. Remove 1st row RH inner seat riser trim covers
    Note

    2x clips, Remove inner outboard cover first then inner inboard cover

    

    

48. Remove seat harness from inner seat riser on LH and RH sides
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

    

    

49. Remove center console HVAC duct
    Note

    1x brush clip

    

    

    

50. Remove 1st row podium seat riser carpet
    Note

    1x push clip

    

    

51. Release duct from 1st row podium
    Note

    2x tabs

    

52. Remove 1st row podium
    Note

    4x bolts,13mm, 33 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

    

    

    

    

    

53. Remove 2nd row 7s front floor board from vehicle
    Note

    4x clips

    

    

54. Install 2nd row 7s front floor board into vehicle
    Note

    4x clips

    

    

55. Install 1st row podium
    Note

    4x bolts,13mm, 33 Nm, Install new patch bolts

    

    

    

    

    

56. Secure duct onto 1st row podium
    Note

    2x tabs

    

57. Install 1st row podium seat riser carpet
    Note

    1x push clip

    

58. Install center console HVAC duct
    Note

    1x brush clip, Slide duct into HVAC assembly and ensure fully seated

    

    

    

59. Secure seat harness to inner seat riser on LH and RH sides
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

    

    

60. Install 1st row podium RH inner seat riser trim covers
    Note

    2x clips, Install inner inboard cover first then inner outboard cover, Be sure to route seat harness through inner outboard cover

    

    

    

61. Install 1st row podium LH inner seat riser trim covers
    Note

    2x clips, Install inner inboard cover first then inner outboard cover, Be sure to route seat harness through inner outboard cover

    

    

    

62. Install LH front seat outboard riser
    Note

    2x bolts, 13mm, 33 Nm, Install new patch bolts

    

    

    

63. Install console assembly
    Note

    3x datums, Carefully maneuver front of assembly under and into IP carrier and lower rear into place, Align datums into IP carrier and engage forward, Recommend assistance if needed

    

    

    

    

64. Secure LH center console lower bracket to IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

65. Secure RH center console lower bracket to IP carrier
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

66. Secure center console connectors to body harness
    Note

    4x connectors, Ensure all connector locks engage

    

67. Secure LH and RH console carrier center bracket
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

68. Install RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

69. Install RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

    

    

70. Install RH front floor mat

    

71. Install LH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

72. Install LH inboard footwell cover
    Note

    1x cover, 1x clip, 1x datum, 1x screw, 8 mm, 1 Nm, Align datums and footwell vent before installing screw

    

    

    

    

73. Install LH outboard footwell cover
    Note

    2x magnets, 2x datums

    

    

74. Install LH front floor mat

    

75. Secure LH and RH rear console carrier
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm

    

    

76. Install console back panel assembly
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

77. Secure console back panel assembly
    Note

    6x clips, 7x datums, Engage bottom clips first due to forward facing alignment

    

    

78. Install RH front seat into vehicle
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Take care not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

    

79. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect RH side body harness to seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector, Recommend assistance

    

80. Position RH front seat upright for bolt installation
    Note

    Recommend assistance

    

81. Install LH front seat into vehicle
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Take care not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

    

82. Position chair to gain access below seat bottom and connect LH side body harness to seat controller
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Engage red locking tab on black connector, Recommend assistance

    

83. Position LH front seat upright for bolt installation
    Note

    Recommend assistance

    

84. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage upper locking tab when fully seated

    

    

85. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

86. Close hood
87. Move RH front seat forward
88. Secure RH front seat belt
    Note

    Ensure audible click is heard during install, perform pull test to confirm secure

    

    

89. Install bolts securing RH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

90. Move RH front seat backward
91. Install bolts securing both RH front seat front tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

92. Move RH front seat to original position
93. Install 2nd row mid carpet floor board
    Note

    5x clips, Replace clips if damaged, Install rear of panel into position and then secure clips

    

    

94. Install RH rear sill assembly
    Note

    8x clips, 1x datum

    

    

95. Install RH front door sill trim panel
    Note

    8x clips, 3x datums

    

    

96. Move 2nd row 40 seat to original position

    

    

97. Close RH front door
98. Move LH front seat forward
99. Secure LH front seat belt
    Note

    Ensure audible click is heard during install, perform pull test to confirm secure

    

    

100. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
     Note

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

101. Move LH front seat backward
102. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle
     Note

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

103. Move LH front seat to original position
104. Install LH rear sill assembly
     Note

     8x clips, 1x datum

     

     

105. Install LH front door sill trim panel
     Note

     8x clips, 3x datums

     

     

106. Move 2nd row 60 seat to original position

     

     

107. Calibrate the rear doors.
     Note

     If the "Calibration Needed" message appears on the vehicle touchscreen, touch and hold Calibrate to calibrate the rear doors.
108. Raise LH and RH front windows
109. Close LH front door
