60/40 Seat Switch - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open the RH doors and lower the RH front window.
- Move the front passenger seat forward.

Starting from the bottom, carefully
pry the RH outer 2nd row escutcheon away from the RH 2nd row seat back to release the
clips (x2), and then release the trim from the seat.
- Fold the RH 2nd row seat back to the down position.

Release the J-hook that attaches the
RH 2nd row seat back upholstery to the seat, and then fold the upholstery down.

Unzip the RH seat back upholstery on
both sides of the seat back.
NoteThe ends of the zippers are tucked underneath upholstery.Tip: Use a pick to aid in moving the zipper.

Release the clips (x5) and Velcro
strips (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row plastic seat back to the seat assembly, and then
remove the plastic seat back from the assembly.
NoteFold the backrest cover over the headrest for access.

Disconnect the RH 2nd row 60/40 seat
switch electrical connector.

Release the tabs (x2) that attach the
RH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch to the belt escutcheon bracket, and then remove the switch
from the bracket.
NoteDepress the tabs on the seat switch to release it from the escutcheon.
Install

Position the RH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch into the belt escutcheon bracket, and then
secure the tabs (x2) that attach the switch to the bracket.
NoteMake sure the tabs are fully secured to the bracket.

Connect the RH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch electrical connector.

Position the RH 2nd row plastic seat back into the seat assembly, and then secure the
clips (x5) and Velcro strips (x2) that attach the plastic seat back to the
assembly.
NoteFold the backrest cover over the headrest for access.

Zip the RH 2nd row seat back
upholstery on both sides of the RH 2nd row seat back.
NoteUse a pick to aid in moving the zipper.NoteTuck the ends of zippers underneath the upholstery.CAUTIONBe careful not to pull the zipper off track.

Secure the J-hook that attaches the RH
2nd row seat back upholstery to the seat
- Move the RH 2nd row seat the original position.

Position the RH outer 2nd row
escutcheon into from the RH 2nd row seat back, and then secure the clips (x2) that
attach the escutcheon to the seat back.
NotePress in the top and carefully seat the lower clips.
- Close the RH doors and raise the RH front window.
