Procedure

  1. Function check LH front door (exterior)

  2. Function check all windows from the master switch

  3. Function check LH rear door (exterior)

  7. Engage drive rails and activate windshield washer and wiper operation

  8. Function check horn
  9. Open the hood.
  10. Remove the rear underhood apron.
  11. Remove the RH underhood apron.
  12. Remove the LH underhood apron.
  13. Remove the front underhood apron.
  14. Remove the underhood storage unit access panel.
  15. Remove the underhood storage unit carpet.
  16. Remove the underhood storage unit from the vehicle.
  17. Perform inspection of under hood area

  18. Inspect brake fluid level

  20. Fill washer fluid reservoir

  21. Raise and support the vehicle.
  22. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

  23. Remove push clips securing front aero shield

  24. Remove bolts securing front aero shield and remove from vehicle

  25. Release mid aero shield

  27. Check tire pressures

  28. Measure and record RH front tread depth

  48. Position mid aero shield

  49. Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts and secure front aero shield to vehicle

  50. Install push clips securing front aero shield

  51. Lower vehicle fully

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  52. Lower and remove the vehicle from the lift.
  53. Install the underhood storage unit.
  54. Install the underhood storage unit carpet.
  55. Install the underhood storage unit access panel.
  56. Install the front underhood apron.
  57. Install the LH underhood apron.
  58. Install the RH underhood apron.
  59. Install the rear underhood apron.
  60. Close the hood.
  61. Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance

  62. Inspect vehicles alignment
