Function check LH front door

Function check all windows from the
master switch
NoteCheck operation with door closed, Document any abnormal operation/noises

Function check LH rear door
(exterior)
NoteInspect and note functionality for the door handle operation, and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Function test closing button on door, Note noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions

Function check RH rear door

Perform inspection of under hood
area
NotePerform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance

Inspect brake fluid level

Inspect coolant level and top off as
necessary
NoteEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

Fill washer fluid reservoir
NoteFill the reservoir until the fluid level is visible just below the filler neck

Raise and support the vehicle.

Raise vehicle fully and lower lift
onto locks
NoteSet vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

Remove push clips securing front aero
shield

Remove bolts securing front aero
shield and remove from vehicle
Note9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Release mid aero shield

Remove mid aero shield

Check tire pressures
Note4x tires, Adjust to specification if necessary

Measure and record RH front tread
depth
NoteRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Measure and record RH front brake pad
thickness

Inspect RH front brake rotor
condition
NoteCheck for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec 30mm

Measure and record RH rear tread
depth
NoteRecord at least 3 measurements: Inner, Middle, Outer, Add line to replace if under 5/32 inch tread remaining

Measure and record RH rear brake pad

Inspect RH rear brake rotor

Install mid aero shield
Note16x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners securing mid aero shield to vehicle

Position mid aero shield
Note4x push clips

Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero
shield bolts and secure front aero shield to vehicle
Note9x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Install push clips securing front aero
shield

Lower vehicle fully
NoteRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Lower and remove the vehicle from the
lift.

Install the underhood storage
unit.

Install the underhood storage unit
carpet.

Install the underhood storage unit
access panel.

Install the front underhood
apron.

Install the LH underhood apron.
-
Install the RH underhood apron.

Install the rear underhood
apron.
- Close the hood.

Perform a road test using a series of
ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
NoteThe vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

Inspect vehicles alignment
NoteConfirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
