Harness - Adaptive Air Spring Module - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  3. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH and RH underhood aprons. See Underhood Apron - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the front underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Front (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the front underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
  7. Disconnect the LH front adaptive air spring module harness connector.
  8. Release the clip that attaches the LH front adaptive air spring module harness to body bracket, and then route the harness out towards wheel liner.
  9. Remove the LH front wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
  10. Disconnect the LH front adaptive air spring module harness connectors (x2) from the air spring module.
  11. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH front adaptive air spring module harness to the solenoid bracket, and then remove the harness from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the LH front adaptive air spring module harness to the solenoid bracket, and then install the clips (x2) that attach the harness to the bracket.
  2. Connect the LH front adaptive air spring module harness connectors (x2) to the air spring module.
  3. Install the LH front wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
  4. Route the LH front adaptive air spring module harness in from the wheel liner, and then secure the clip that attaches the harness to body bracket.
  5. Connect the LH front adaptive air spring module harness connector.
  6. Install the front underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
  7. Install the front underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Front (Remove and Replace).
  8. Install the LH and RH underhood aprons. See Underhood Apron - LH (Remove and Replace).
  9. Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  10. Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  11. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
