Bracket - Escutcheon - Seatbelt - 2nd Row - RH (5 Seat) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the RH 2nd row seat assembly from the vehicle. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - RH (5 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the RH 2nd row side airbag. See Side Airbag - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace).

    Note
    It is not necessary to release the airbag from the seat cushion assembly.
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) and release the tab that attach the RH 2nd row seatbelt escutcheon bracket to the seat assembly, and then remove the bracket from the assembly.
    6 Nm (4.4 lbs-ft)

    Note
    Release the side cover of the escutcheon from backrest frame tab, and then guide the seat belt through the front opening.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket

Install

  1. Position the RH 2nd row seatbelt escutcheon bracket into the RH 2nd row seat assembly, and then secure the tab and install the bolts (x2) that attach the bracket to the seat assembly.
    6 Nm (4.4 lbs-ft)

    Note
    Make sure the seat belt is routed on top of the backrest frame support.

    Guide the seat belt through front opening of escutcheon.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
  2. Install the RH 2nd row side airbag. See Side Airbag - 2nd Row - RH (Remove and Replace).
