Bracket - Headlight - LH (Remove and Replace)

Correction code 10100052 0.90 NOTE: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the procedure, the above correction code and FRT reflect all of the work required to perform this procedure, including the linked procedures. Remove

  1. Remove the LH headlight. See Headlight - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the bolt that attaches the LH acceleration sensor to the top of the LH headlight bracket.
    7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
  3. Release the clips (x3) that attach the electrical harnesses to the LH headlight bracket.
  4. Remove the bolt that attaches the LH headlight bracket, and then remove the bracket from the vehicle.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket

Install

  1. Position the LH headlight bracket into the vehicle, and then install the bolt that attaches the bracket to the body.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
  2. Install the clips (x3) that attach the electrical harnesses to the LH headlight bracket.
  3. Install the bolt that attaches the LH acceleration sensor to the top of the LH headlight bracket.
    7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
  4. Install the LH headlight. See Headlight - LH (Remove and Replace).
