Bracket - Support - Outboard - RH (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Open the LH and RH front doors.
- Lower the LH and RH front windows.
- Open the LH and RH falcon wing doors.
- Move the LH front seat forward.
- Remove the LH rear sill panel trim. See Trim - Sill Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Open the liftgate.
- Move the RH front seat forward.

Release the clips (x8) that attach the RH rear sill panel trim to the body, and then
remove the trim from the vehicle.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Clip pry tool
- Plastic trim tool
- Remove the 2nd row floor mat. See Floor Mat - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the 2nd row mid floor panel. See Floor Panel - Mid - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
- Move the RH monopost seat forward.

Release the clips (x4) that attach the RH trunk sill side trim to the vehicle.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Plastic trim tool

Remove the screw that attaches the RH mid C-pillar trim to the RH C-pillar zone
bracket.

Release the clips (x9) that attach the RH mid C-pillar trim to the RH mid C-pillar
zone bracket, and then remove the mid C-pillar trim from the vehicle.

Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the RH lower C-pillar trim to the frame
rail.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Torx T25 socket

Remove the screws (x2) that attach the RH lower C-pillar trim to the RH mid C-pillar
zone bracket, and then remove the lower C-pillar trim from the vehicle.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Torx T20 socket
- Move the LH monopost seat forward.

Release the clips (x4) that attach the LH trunk sill side trim to the vehicle.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Plastic trim tool
- Remove the LH mid C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the 2nd row rear floor panel. See Floor Panel - Rear - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the RH outboard support bracket to the vehicle, and
then remove the bracket from the vehicle.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- 10 mm socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
Install

Position the RH outboard support bracket on the vehicle, and then install the bolts
(x2) that attach the bracket to the vehicle.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- 10 mm socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Install the 2nd row rear floor panel. See Floor Panel - Rear - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH mid C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Replace).

Install the clips (x4) that attach the LH trunk sill side trim to the vehicle.
- Move the LH monopost seat to original position.

Position the RH lower C-pillar trim on
the RH mid C-pillar zone bracket, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the lower
C-pillar trim to the C-pillar zone bracket.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Torx T20 socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench

Install a new bolt to attach the RH lower C-pillar trim to the frame rail.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Torx T25 socket

Position the RH mid C-pillar trim on
the RH mid C-pillar zone bracket, and then fasten the clips (x9) that attach the mid
C-pillar trim to the C-pillar zone bracket.

Install the screw that attaches the RH mid C-pillar trim to the RH C-pillar zone
bracket.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 2 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Torx T20 socket

Install the clips (x4) that attach the RH trunk sill side trim to the vehicle.
- Close the liftgate.
- Move the RH monopost seat to original position.
- Install the 2nd row mid floor panel. See Floor Panel - Mid - 2nd Row (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the 2nd row floor mat. See Floor Mat - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).

Install the clips (x8) that attach the RH rear sill panel trim to the body.
- Move the RH front seat to original position.
- Close the RH front door.
- Install the LH rear sill panel trim. See Trim - Sill Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).

Calibrate the rear doors.
NoteIf the "Calibration Needed" message appears on the vehicle touchscreen, touch and hold Calibrate to calibrate the rear doors.
- Move the LH front seat to original position.
- Raise the LH and RH front windows.
- Close the LH front door.
