Remove
- Remove the LH hood gas strut. See Gas Strut - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).

Remove nuts that attach the
LH hood strut bracket to the hood, and then remove the strut bracket.
Install

Install the nuts (x2) that
attach the LH hood strut bracket to the hood (torque 15 Nm).
- Install the LH hood gas strut. See Gas Strut - Hood - LH (Remove and Replace).
