This procedure describes the replacement of the headliner with a physical e-Call button on the FOHC (applied to vehicles built before October 2020) by the new type headliner without the physical e-Call button on the FOHC (TPN 1567614-S1-A and later). After replacing the headliner, the vehicle configuration parameters must be updated to ensure that the e-Call functionality becomes available via the touchscreen.

  2. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
