Service Mode Plus

- 2024-05-15: Added Service Mode Plus activation using the Vehicle Ops App.
Procedure using the Vehicle Ops App
- Login to the Vehicle Ops App.
- Tap Shared Fleet.
- Enter the last 6 digits of the VIN number of the vehicle that is being worked on.
- Select the vehicle VIN.
- Tap Open Service Mode Plus to enter Service Mode Plus.
- To exit Service Mode Plus, touch Exit Service Mode on the touchscreen.
- Alternatively, tap Exit Service Mode Plus in the Vehicle Ops App to exit Service Mode Plus.
Procedure using Toolbox

Connect a laptop with
Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
NoteUpon successful connection, Service Mode Plus will be enabled, and the "Service Mode Plus" watermark will appear on the touchscreen.

When finished performing the
tasks that required Service Mode Plus, touch the Exit Service
Mode button at the top of the Service Mode menu.
NoteIf the Exit Service Mode button is not visible, touch and hold the Tesla "T" at the top of the touchscreen, and then type "service" into the prompt.
- Disconnect the laptop from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
