Remove
- Remove the vent finisher. See Finisher - Vent (Remove and Replace).

Remove the screw that attaches the LH front vent to the Instrument Panel (IP).
2.3 Nm (1.7 lbs-ft) -
Carefully release the LH front vent from the IP, and then disconnect the vent electrical connector.
CAUTIONDo not use excessive force to remove the vent from the IP.

Remove the LH front vent from the vehicle.
Install

Position the LH front vent on the vehicle, and then connect the vent electrical connector.

Carefully place the LH front vent into the IP, and then install the screw that attaches the vent to the IP.
2.3 Nm (1.7 lbs-ft)CAUTIONIf the vehicle is left hand drive, make sure not to dislodge the foam block in the cavity where the front LH vent installs. - Install the vent finisher. See Finisher - Vent (Remove and Replace).
- Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
