Duct - Footwell - RH (RHD) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the driver footwell cover:
    1. Release the push clips (x3) that attach the driver footwell cover to the instrument panel.
    2. Remove the screw (torque 2.5 Nm) that attaches the driver footwell cover to the instrument panel.
    3. Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connectors from the puddle light and emergency speaker.
    4. Remove the driver footwell cover from the vehicle:
  2. Remove the driver knee airbag cover:
    1. Release the push clip that attaches the driver knee airbag cover to the air duct
    2. Release the clips (x4) that attach the driver knee airbag cover.
    3. Remove the driver knee airbag cover from the vehicle.
  3. Release the push clip that attaches the RH footwell vent duct, and then remove the RH footwell vent duct from the vehicle.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
