Remove

  1. Informational PurposesAn informational icon, calling your attention
    Note
    This procedure is applicable to both Model 3 base and sport brake dust shields.
  2. Remove the LH front brake rotor. See Brake Rotor - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the bolts that attach the LH front brake dust shield to the knuckle, and then remove the dust shield from the vehicle.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

    • T30 socket
    • 4 in extension

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
