Foam - Bumper Beam - Front (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia. See Fascia - Front (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the front bumper beam foam from the front bumper beam.

    Note
    If the vehicle is equipped with pedestrian protection systems, disconnect and remove the pressure tube sensors from the front bumper beam foam.

Install

  1. If the vehicle is equipped with pedestrian protection systems, install the pressure tube sensor on the new front bumper beam foam.
  2. Install the front bumper beam foam onto the front bumper beam.
  3. Install the front fascia. See Fascia - Front (Remove and Install).
