1. Position front manifold coolant hose onto HV battery

   

2. Install front hose assembly onto HV battery and secure RH outer coolant hose connection
   Note

   Perform a push-pull-push test to make sure the hose is fully seated. Do not wiggle the hose at the connection.

   

   

3. Connect RH inner coolant hose to front of HV battery
   Note

   Perform a push-pull-push test to make sure the hose is fully seated. Do not wiggle the hose at the connection.

   

   

4. Connect LH inner coolant hose to front of HV battery
   Note

   Perform a push-pull-push test to make sure the hose is fully seated. Do not wiggle the hose at the connection.

   

   

5. Connect LH outer coolant hose to front of HV battery
   Note

   Perform a push-pull-push test to make sure the hose is fully seated. Do not wiggle the hose at the connection.

   

   

6. Remove plug then connect HV battery front manifold coolant hose
   Note

   Perform a push-pull-push test to make sure the hose is fully seated. Do not wiggle the hose at the connection.
