  1. Function check LH front door (exterior)

  2. Function check all windows from the master switch

  8. Verify operation of horn

  9. Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance

    The vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present
  10. Inspect vehicles alignment

    Confirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
  11. Open hood

  14. Remove closeout panel from frunk assembly

    4x clips, 1x connector, Frunk safety switch, 3x guide tabs, Grab closeout panel from bottom then pull it upward to release clips, Disconnect switch
  15. Remove bolts securing frunk assembly

  16. Remove frunk assembly from vehicle

  17. Perform inspection of under hood area

  18. Visually inspect brake fluid level

  25. Remove rear aero shield

  26. Remove LH rear suspension cover

  28. Check all four tire pressures manually

  53. Position front aero shield to vehicle

    2x nuts, 15mm, 8 Nm, Hand-tighten the nuts to temporarily hold the panel in place
  54. Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts and install outer fasteners to front aero shield

  55. Lower vehicle fully

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

  57. Install frunk assembly to vehicle

    12x clips, Make sure frunk assembly is fully seated onto clips, Number of clips may vary on older vehicles, Ensure A/C compressor HVIL harness is not pinched between frunk assembly and thermal beam, replace any damaged clips
  58. Install bolts securing frunk assembly

  59. Install frunk close out panel
