Remove and Clean Radiator (Maintenance)

  1. Raise and support vehicle

    Ensure vehicle is not charging.
  2. Open LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  3. Remove the radiator. See Radiator (Remove and Replace).
  4. Use a vacuum to clean debris from both sides of the radiator.

  5. Use a blow gun to clean both side of the radiator with compressed air.

  7. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).

  10. Disconnect the laptop from the vehicle.

  12. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
  13. Remove the vehicle from the lift.
