Front Bumper Fascia - Grille Lower - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications

 Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia assembly. See Front Bumper Fascia - Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Replace).

    Note
    It is not necessary to remove the front fascia harness, valance and grille from the front fascia assembly.
  2. Use a clip prytool to release the clips (x5) that attach the fascia harness to the grille.
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the grille to the front fascia.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
    • 3 in extension
    • 15 mm socket
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
  4. Remove the clips (x16) that attach the grille to the front fascia.

Install

  1. Position the grille onto the front fascia.
  2. Install the clips (x16) that attach the grille to the front fascia.
  3. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the grille to the front fascia.
    1.8 Nm (1.3 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
    • 3 in extension
    • 15 mm socket
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
  4. Install the clips (x5) that attach the fascia harness to the grille.
  5. Install the front fascia assembly. See Front Bumper Fascia - Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Replace).
