Puddle Lamp - Rear Door (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH rear door and lower the LH rear window.
  2. Use a small screwdriver or pry tool to release the clips that attach the rear door puddle light to the bottom of the door trim panel, and then separate the light from the panel.

    CAUTION
    Do not pull the puddle light too far from the door panel, as the puddle light connector is still attached.

    CAUTION
    Be careful not to damage the door trim panel when using the small screwdriver or pry tool.
  3. Disconnect the electrical wiring harness from the rear door puddle light connector, and then remove the light from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Connect the electrical wiring harness to the rear door puddle light connector.
  2. Secure the clips that attach the rear door puddle light to the bottom of the door trim panel.

  3. Raise the LH rear window and close the LH rear door.
