Seat Cushion - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open all four doors and lower all four windows.

    Note
    If the vehicle is being powered down, latch the rear doors to prevent accidental closure.
  2. Move the driver seat and the front passenger seat fully forward.
  3. While pressing the LH and RH tabs towards the vertical backward of the vehicle, lift the front edge of the seat cushion.

  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors (x2) of the seat cushion, and then remove the seat cushion from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the seat cushion in the vehicle.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors of the seat cushion.
  3. Insert the seat belt buckles through the seat cushion holes.
  4. Slide the seat cushion inward, align the front guide tabs to the locking tabs, and then push the seat cushion into the tabs.
  5. Make sure that the seat cushion is fully seated with a push and pull test near the tabs.
  6. Move the driver seat and the front passenger seat to their original position.
  7. Raise all four windows and close all four doors.
