Remove
- Perform the Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (Test/Adjust).
- Remove the rear aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).

Release the fir tree clips (x2) that
attach the coolant hoses to the LH shear plate.

Remove the nuts (x6) that attach the LH and RH HV battery vent shroud assemblies to
the HV battery.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- JOINT, UNIVERSAL, 1/4" DR

Remove the LH and RH HV battery vent shroud assemblies from the HV battery.
Install
- Position the LH and RH HV battery vent shroud assemblies to the HV battery for installation.

Install the nuts (x6) that attach the LH and RH HV battery vent shroud assemblies to
the HV battery.
10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 10 mm socket
- JOINT, UNIVERSAL, 1/4" DR

Install the fir tree clips (x2) that attach the coolant hoses to the LH shear
plate.
- Perform platter enclosure air leak test. See Platter Enclosure Air Leak Test (Test/Adjust).
