PCS2 Lite - Ancillary Bay (Remove and Replace)

Install

  1. Install the PCS2 Lite to the vehicle. See PCS2 Lite - Ancillary Bay (Remove and Install).
    Note
    After connecting the LV power, return to this procedure.
  2. Reinstall the vehicle software. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
  3. Move the front seats back to the original positions.
  4. Run ODIN routine: PROC_VCFRONT_X_STOP-THERMAL-FILL-DRAINvia Service Mode:
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Stop Thermal Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Stop Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Stop Refrigerant Fill/Drain
    via Service Mode Plus:
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Front Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Rear Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Rear Left Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain

  5. Run ODIN routine: TEST_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGEvia Service Mode:

  6. Inspect the coolant level, top off as necessary, and then install the coolant bottle cap.
    Note
    Ensure that the coolant level is at the "Max" line.
  7. Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  8. Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  9. Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
  10. Remove the vehicle from the lift.
