Access Thermal System routines using the UI

Select Service mode > Thermal
Navigate to Refrigerant System through UI

Select Service Mode > Thermal > Refrigerant System
Select "Stop Thermal Fill Drain" through UI

Allow routine to complete, ensure routine is successful
Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI

Wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time, it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle
Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

Remove fluid catcher then torque RH front caliper bleed valves

Remove RH rear caliper bleed valve cover then install fluid catcher

1x bleeding valve, 11mm, 10 Nm - Base caliper, 14 Nm - Plus caliper, Begin by opening the outer bleed valve on RH rear brake caliper, Select PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEED and select "Run" to enable bleed routine, Close bleed valve when pump stops running
Repeat bleed process until RH rear caliper fluid is free of air bubbles

Remove fluid catcher then torque RH rear caliper bleed valve

Remove bleeding valve cover and install the fluid catching bottle to LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

Remove pressure bleeder adapter from reservoir
Check fluid level

Note
Top off if necessary
Install brake reservoir cap
Pump the brake pedal to ensure the brake pedal feels normal
Select Actions/Autodiag and search for "stiffness"
Select TEST_BRAKE_X_STIFFNESS-TEST-PRESSURE-BURNISHED click Run, and allow routine to complete

Do NOT press the brake pedal during the test, Click on drop down menu then click on "Pressure_P100" to see results, Repeat "Brake flush" steps if stiffness result is less than low limit specification, Make sure brake bleeder reservoir has enough brake fluid if repeating bleed procedure, Select ‘X’ at top right of window to close once complete
Remove diagnostic cable from port to disconnect Toolbox 3.0 from vehicle
Exit Service Mode through UI

Exit Service Mode: Controls > Service Mode > Exit Service Mode, Press and hold to exit
Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks

Note
Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side
Install four wheels. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
Install frunk assembly to vehicle

8x clips, 3x locator pins, Replace any clips if broken or missing
Install bolts securing frunk assembly

Note
4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm
Install access panel to frunk assembly

Note
3x clips, 1x connector, Frunk safety switch, 3x guide tabs, Align 3x tabs then push forward to secure clips
Install fresh air gutter assembly

Note
3x clips
Install rear underhood apron

Note
14x clips, Hold rear wall of frunk to keep from flexing while engaging front clips
Close hood
Move RH front seat to original position
Raise RH front window
Close RH front door
Perform a road test and burnish brakes, Ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
