Radiator (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Remove the active grille shutter. See Active Grill Shutter (Remove and Replace).
- Release the locking tabs that attach the radiator to the condenser fan assembly, and then slide the radiator out of the holding mounts.
Install
- Install the radiator to the cooling fan and shroud assembly, and install the locking tabs (x2) and holding mounts (x2) that attach the radiator to the cooling fan and shroud assembly.
- Install the active grille shutter. See Active Grill Shutter (Remove and Replace).
- Install the radiator outlet hose. See Hose - Radiator Outlet (Remove and Replace).
- Install the radiator inlet hose. See Hose - Radiator Inlet (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front fascia valance. See Valance - Front Fascia (Non-Performance) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front fascia reinforcement. See Reinforcement - Fascia - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Perform a cooling system vacuum refill. See Cooling System - Vacuum Refill.
- Install the under hood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
- Install the cabin intake duct. See Assembly - Fresh Air Gutter - HVAC (Remove and Replace).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the vehicle from the 2 post lift. See GUID-0ECF2493-88F6-48E9-ADBB-9AE1D52E217C.html.
