Note
All specifications given in degrees. To convert from degrees to minutes and seconds, multiply the decimal after the whole number by 60. The whole number becomes the minute. Take the remaining decimal and multiply it by 60 to get the second. For example, 1.75° would be 1° and 45 min (.75*60). 0.17° would be 10 min and 12 seconds. (0.17*60=10.2; .2*60=12).
