Dash Support Frame -IP Riser Bracket, RH (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications

Remove

  1. Remove the RH center console front side panel. See Center Console -Console Side Panel, Carpet, RH, LHD (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the bolt that attaches the RH cross bar beam bracket to the cross beam.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • 13 mm socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
  3. Remove the nut that attaches the RH cross bar beam bracket to the cross beam.
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 13 mm socket
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
  4. Remove the RH cross bar beam from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Install the RH cross bar beam to the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolt that attaches the RH cross bar beam bracket to the cross beam.
    25 Nm (18.4 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • 13 mm socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
  3. Install the nut that attaches the RH cross bar beam bracket to the cross beam.
    25 Nm (18.4 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 13 mm socket
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
  4. Install the RH center console front side panel. See Center Console -Console Side Panel, Carpet, RH, LHD (Remove and Replace).
