2024-03-28: Added steps of installing new occupancy sensor and new seat cushion heating wire to the new seat cushion foam.

Warning

Seat base edges are sharp and can cause personal injury. Wear cut resistant gloves when removing the seat from the vehicle, and while performing procedures that involve work on or near the seat base.

Remove

Remove the driver seat cushion cover. See Front Seat Covers And Pads -1st Row Seat Cushion Trim Assembly - LH Drive, LH (Remove and Replace).
Remove the driver seat cushion foam.

Install

Route the connector of the new occupancy sensor through the notch, and then stick the new sensor onto the new seat cushion foam.
Install the seat cushion heating wire onto the cushion foam.
Install the driver seat cushion foam.
Install the driver seat cushion cover. See Front Seat Covers And Pads -1st Row Seat Cushion Trim Assembly - LH Drive, LH (Remove and Replace).
