Clean Radiator (Maintenance)

Removal

Prepare the vehicle for lifting. See
NoteSet air suspension to Jack Mode via Via Controls > Service > Jack Mode. Raise the lift until the arms contact the lifting points.
- Enable Service Mode. See
- Remove the front fascia assembly. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install)
- Remove the active louver assembly. See Active Louver - Center (Remove and Replace)
- Vacuum clean the radiator and condenser.

Use a blow gun to clean dirt on the
radiator and condenser.
NoteDo not get too close to the radiator blades and condenser blades.
Installation
- Install the active louver assembly. See Active Louver - Center (Remove and Replace)
- Install the front fascia assembly. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install)
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway Unlock

Perform Thermal Test via the
touchscreen.
NoteSelect Thermal > Actions > Thermal Test, click Run, close once routine is completed.
- Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode
