  1. Open LH front door
  2. Open hood

    Via center display > Controls > Front Trunk
  3. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
  4. For Tesla air suspensions, in Toolbox 3, click the Actions tab, type "Service-Mode" into the search field, click PROC_TAS_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODESearch for routine in ToolboxTAS Enter Service Run Mode, click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  5. To deflate the reservoir, in Toolbox 3, click the Actions tab, type "Deflate" into the search field, click PROC_TAS_X_DEFLATESearch for routine in ToolboxTAS Deflate ComponentChassis ➜ Suspension ➜ Deflate, click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  6. Remove rear underhood apron

  7. Remove cable tie securing air lines to RH shock tower

  8. Cut black air suspension line between compressor and reservoir at RH shock tower

    Warning: High pressure air line, Failure to deflate system could lead to personal injury, Be sure to wear proper PPE
  9. Remove plugs from fill valve
  10. Install fill valve onto black air suspension line between compressor and reservoir

    Fully push air line into fitting and give a slight pull to confirm line is fully engaged
  11. Secure fill valve and air lines to clip at RH shock tower

    2x cable ties, Secure properly to prevent NVH
  12. Remove cap from fill valve
  13. Verify red pressure regulator valve is fully closed
  14. Open main valve on nitrogen tank

    Verify pressure is between 500-1500psi
  15. Verify valve at hose adapter is closed
  16. Attach nitrogen tank adapter to the inline fill valve
  17. Open the pressure regulator valve on the nitrogen tank to release the line pressure in the lines

    Open regulator valve to adjust pressure to 19-21 bar (275-305 psi), Open the valve slowly as gas pressure rises
  18. Open lever on hose adapter to fill reservoir

    Note
    Supplying Nitrogen automatically fills the reservoir. Nitrogen supply begins filling the reservoir up to 290 psi or 20 bar. Give it some time to settle pressure equally between set Nitrogen set pressure and vehicle reservoir.
  19. In Toolbox 3, click the Actions tab, type "Normal-Mode" into the search field, click PROC_TAS_X_ENTER-NORMAL-MODESearch for routine in ToolboxTAS Enter Normal Run Mode, click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  20. Set vehicle ride height to Very Low

    Via center display > Controls > Suspension > Very Low, Perform during nitrogen fill to purge water out of air suspension system and fully charge reservoir
  21. Set vehicle ride height to Very High

  22. Set vehicle ride height to Standard

  23. Close lever on hose adapter to fill reservoir
  24. Close main valve on the nitrogen tank
  25. Close the pressure regulator valve on the nitrogen tank
  26. Disconnect the nitrogen tank adapter from the inline fill valve
  27. Install cap onto fill valve
  28. Install rear underhood apron

  30. Disconnect laptop from vehicle and install storage cubby

    1x connect, 2x clips, Ensure diagnostic cables are tucked into the appropriate position
