Headlight Assembly - LH (Remove and Install)

Correction Code 17400101

Removal

  1. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the front fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  3. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the base of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 Nm).
  4. Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the top of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 Nm).
  5. Disconnect the harness from the rear of the LH headlight assembly.
  6. Remove the LH headlight assembly from the vehicle.

Installation

  1. Install the LH headlight assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the harness to the rear of the LH headlight assembly.
  3. Install the bolts (x2) that secure the top of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 Nm).
  4. Install the bolts (x2) that secure the base of the LH headlight assembly to the front end carrier (torque 4.7 Nm).
  5. Install the front fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Front (Remove and Install).
  6. Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
