Removal

  1. Open LH front door
  2. Open all doors and liftgate

  3. Remove cubby under MCU and connect laptop to vehicle with a tethered Ethernet connection via Toolbox 2

  4. Open hood

  5. Remove underhood aprons

    4x aprons, LH and RH aprons have 1x clip each
  6. Set up A/C machine and perform hose flush
  7. Remove dust caps from vehicle’s high-side and low-side service ports

  8. Connect hoses to vehicle and perform A/C recovery

    (Touch time only) Ensure quick connects are fully engaged, turn connector dials clockwise to fully connect to A/C service ports
  9. In toolbox, run the refrigerant drain and fill routine to enable A/C filling

    Click Panels > Thermal > ''Fluid Drain and Fill'' > Select > Refrigerant Fill > Select > ''Start Fluid Drain and Fill'' and press Play
  10. Move LH front seat forward
