Note
This procedure requires the A/C Refrigerant (Recovery and Recharge) procedure to be performed. If not already automatically added to the Service Visit, add correction code 18200102 as a separate activity to the Service Visit.

Removal

  1. Recover refrigerant from the vehicle. See A/C Refrigerant Recovery and Recharge (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the HEPA filter housing (refer to procedure).
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the high pressure pressure and temperature sensor.
  4. Use a 24 mm wrench to remove the high pressure pressure and temperature sensor from the A/C pipe (torque 8 Nm).

    CAUTION
    Plug pipe connections to prevent ingress of moisture or dirt.
  5. Remove the high pressure and temperature sensor from the vehicle.
