Door Glass - LH - Front - Adjust
Correction Code 11010004 Adjustable FRT NOTE: This procedure uses an adjustable correction code. Use the correction code listed above and manually enter the actual amount of time spent performing this procedure. Do not stack correction codes unless explicitly told to do so. NOTE: See to make sure wearing proper PPE when performing the below procedure.
- 2023-12-11: Updated the original nonadjustable correction code to the new adjustable one.
Preparation
- Remove the front door trim panel (refer to procedure).
- Temporarily reconnect the front door trim panel harness to the front door module, then fully raise the window.
Inboard/Outboard Adjustment
Warning
Always replace plugs or tape removed from the front door shells
when servicing or inspecting the door or its components. Additional holes in the door
creates more escape paths for air, which decreases the front door pressure sensor's
ability detect a side impact, and can negatively affect airbag deployment.

Loosen the front nuts (x2) that secure the regulator to the door.

Loosen the rear nuts (x2) that secure the regulator to the door.

On the affected corner, hold the nut with an open end wrench and use an allen wrench to
adjust the window inboard/outboard.
- Repeat the previous step as necessary.
- Tighten the nuts (x4) that secure the window motor/regulator assembly to the door (torque 10 Nm).

Reinstall all components that were removed for access.
NoteIf the rear window needs fore/aft adjustment, continue to the "Fore/Aft Adjustment" section.
Fore/Aft Adjustment
Warning
Always replace plugs or tape removed from the front door shells
when servicing or inspecting the door or its components. Additional holes in the door
creates more escape paths for air, which decreases the front door pressure sensor's
ability detect a side impact, and can negatively affect airbag deployment.

Loosen the nut that secures the window to the regulator.
NoteDo not remove the nut.

Carefully slide the window forwards or backwards as necessary.
CAUTIONTake care not to damage component(s).
- Tighten the nut that secures the window to the regulator (torque 9 Nm).
- Reinstall all components that were removed for access.
