Back Board – Seat Back – 2nd Row – LH (Bench Seat)

Correction Code 13082122 (5-Passenger), Correction Code 13082112 (7-Passenger)

Removal

  1. Open the LH rear door.
  2. If the vehicle has a 7-passenger configuration, go to step 6.
  3. Open the liftgate.
  4. Remove the rear trunk load floor panel.
  5. Remove the gap hider.
  6. Fold down the LH 2nd row bench seat.
  7. Release the J hook (x1) that attaches the back cushion trim.
  8. Unzip the bench seat cover zippers (x2).
  9. Lift the seat back cover up to access the seat back board.
  10. Release the clips (x13) that attach the seat back board, and then remove the back board from the seat.

Installation

  1. Install the new back panel on the seat, and then install the clips (x13) that attach the seat back panel.
  2. Flip the seat back cover over the seat back.
  3. Zip the seat cover zippers (x2).
  4. Install the J hook (x1) that attaches the back cushion trim.
  5. Return the bench seat to the upright position.
  6. If the vehicle has a 7-passenger configuration, go to step 10.
  7. Install the gap hider.

    Note
    If necessary, use a dead blow hammer to lightly tap the gap hider into place so that it is flush with the rear seat panel carpet.
  8. Install the rear trunk load floor panel.
  9. Close the liftgate.
  10. Close the LH rear door.
