  22. Disconnect 12v power outlet

  23. Remove LH trunk side carpet panel

    2x connectors, Disconnect trunk light and 12V outlet connectors before removal, Pull rear lower corner of LH trunk side carpet panel out and downwards to remove panel
  24. Remove LH mid-zone C-pillar bracket from vehicle

  25. Remove LH lower zone C-pillar bracket from vehicle

  26. Remove LH minion bracket

  31. Remove HEPA filter housing

    Lift up from bottom and pull out, *Note: There may or may not be a filter in housing based on vehicle configuration
  32. Disconnect 12V negative terminal

  33. Disconnect first responder loop

  34. Verify operation of multimeter

    Set multimeter to DC voltage, Confirm multimeter is properly measuring voltage by testing the 12v battery
  35. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items
  36. Inspect HV insulating gloves

  37. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves

    Use HV cut resistant insulated gloves or HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves, HV Insulating gloves must be worn any time a Hioki Tester or Hi-Pot Tester is used, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003 R5 for PPE requirements depending on vehicle configuration.
  38. Verify there is no high voltage present at the charge port on the type 2 (AC charge inlet)

    Make sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Be sure to place the positive test lead on the side of the HV pin just past the plastic protective covers Measure the the voltage between the four dead front pins to each other and then between B+ (the four dead front pins) to B- (use trunk striker bolt as a ground for the isolation check), If voltage is greater than 10V, pack contactors are welded or not open, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering

  41. Install silicone rubber to AC 3 phase connector

  42. Secure AC 3PH inlet connector to chargeport

  69. Install frunk assembly

  70. Install frunk carpet
