A/C line - Suction Liquid - TXV (RHD) (Remove and Replace)

Correction Code 18205012

Removal

  1. Remove the HEPA filter (refer to procedure)
  2. Recover the refrigerant from the vehicle (refer to procedure).
  3. Remove the wiper motor assembly (refer to procedure).
  4. Release the clips that secure the wiring harness to the wiper mount bracket and crossmember.
  5. Remove the bolts that secure the wiper mount bracket to the crossmember (torque 20 Nm).
  6. Remove the nuts that secure the wiper mount bracket to the studs on the bulkhead (torque 20 Nm), and then remove the bracket from the vehicle.
  7. Remove the fasteners that secure the air suspension reservoir (torque 6 Nm), and then move the reservoir to the side to create space.
  8. Remove the fasteners that secure the A/C line assembly that routes from the front of the electromechanical brake booster to the TXV on the firewall, and then remove the A/C line assembly from the vehicle.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:
