Hose - Drain - Front HVAC (Remove and Replace)

Correction Code 18103602

Removal

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Remove the HV Battery (refer to procedure).
  3. Remove the LH center console closeout extension (refer to procedure).
  4. Release the front HVAC drain hose from the bottom of the front HVAC assembly.
  5. Working from beneath the vehicle, release the clip that secures the front HVAC drain hose to the front drive unit.
  6. Working from beneath the vehicle, pull the front HVAC drain hose through the firewall to remove it from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
