    Note
A plastic plug holds the fitting together before and during installation.
  2. Remove the plastic plug from each new fitting.
  3. Tighten each new fitting:
    • 4mm diameter fittings: Torque 2 Nm
    • 6mm diameter fittings: Torque 3.5 Nm
  4. Insert the appropriate air suspension line fully into each fitting, and then lightly pull on each line to make sure that it is secure.
  5. Make sure that all air suspension lines are securely reconnected before continuing.
  6. Refill the air suspension system with Nitrogen. See Air Suspension - Pressurize/Depressurize - Full System .
