Note
Inner parking distance sensors are S9 and S10. Outer parking distance sensors are S7, S8, S11, and S12. See Sensor - Parking Distance - Outer - Rear (Remove and Replace).

Removal

  1. Remove the rear fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).
  2. Disconnect the electrical harness from the parking distance sensor.
  3. Release the parking distance sensor from the tabs that attach it to the fascia.
  4. Remove the parking distance sensor from the vehicle.

Installation

  1. Position the parking distance sensor to the vehicle and install the sensor into the retaining clips.
  2. Connect the electrical harness to the parking distance sensor, and then engage the locking tab.
  3. Install the rear fascia. See Fascia Assembly - Rear (Remove and Install).
