- 2025-12-01: Released new procedure.
- Open LH front door
- Open LH rear door
- Lower LH front window

Pull back lower seal on LH B-Pillar applique and remove screws securing LH B-Pillar applique
Note2x bolts, T25, 5 Nm

Release retaining clip securing the LH B-Pillar applique to the body
Note1x retaining clip, Clip is located about 80mm below camera lens opening, Slide plastic pry tool behind LH applique seal and twist to release clip

Release the LH B-Pillar applique from the body
NotePull applique down to release upper tab and pull applique away from body, Use caution as camera harness does not have much slack

Disconnect LH B-Pillar camera connector
Note1x connector, Hold LH B-Pillar applique away from body to gain better access to the camera connector

Remove LH B-Pillar applique from vehicle
NoteRelease B-pillar applique seal away from applique, Start at the top side and work around until seal is off, Do not damage seal

Remove upper portion of LH front primary seal
NotePull down to release from body

Release upper bright seal from LH upper bright assembly
NoteBegin at rear edge and move forward

Remove two push clips and completely remove the upper bright seal

Install push clips to upper bright seal
Note2x clips, Step only required if new seal does not contain clips

Install lower portion of LH upper bright seal to fixed quarter glass

Continue to install LH upper bright seal
NoteSecure outer side first, then secure the inner side into upper bright assembly, Apply P80 to seal for lubrication

Secure LH upper bright seal push clips
Note2x push clips

Secure applique seal to LH B-pillar applique
NoteStarting at the top work your way around, Fully secure seal and verify fitment, If needed use P-80 emulsifier to assist with seal installation

Connect LH B-Pillar camera
Note1x connector, Hold LH applique away from body to gain better access to the camera connector

Install applique by inserting top tab first, then pushing up and securing lower clip
Note1x tab, 1x clip, Be sure to place top of applique in position behind upper seal, Insert top tab first then push up and secure lower clip

Pull back lower seal on LH B-Pillar applique and install screws securing lower LH B-Pillar applique to the body
Note2x bolts, T25, 5 Nm

Secure lower portion of LH B-Pillar applique seal
Note3x retaining tabs, 1 tab on either side of the lower seal, 1 tab on the bottom to secure seal to applique

Inspect upper LH B-pillar applique seal to make sure it is fully seated
NoteAdjust seal if necessary

Secure top triangle portion of LH B-Pillar applique seal into position against body

Close LH Falcon door

Remove cubby under MCU and connect laptop to vehicle with a tethered Ethernet connection via Toolbox 2
Note2x clips, 1x connector, Drive rail must be ON, Toolbox 2 program must be in current service default. Toolbox 2.0 vehicle connection will enable diagnostic mode

Open the "DAS2 Clear Calibration" panel
NotePathway is as follows: Panels-> Driver Assist-> DAS2 Clear Calibration

Clear Pillars Calibration
NoteSelect Pillar Cameras and click on play button to Clear Calibration

Confirm calibration cleared
NoteConfirm successful clearing of the calibration for LH and RH B-pillar cameras (Do not drive to re-calibrate the cameras, performed by customer)

Disconnect Toolbox from vehicle and install cubby under MCU
Note1x connector, 2x clips, Ensure diagnostic cables are tucked into appropriate position then engage cubby
