Module - HVAC Controller - RCCM (Remove and Replace)

Correction Code 18100602

Remove

Remove the media control unit (refer to procedure).
Use a pick or similar tool to release the clip that secures the RCCM harness to the IP carrier.
Disconnect the connectors (x2) from the module.
Release the fasteners that secure the module to the HVAC blower assembly (torque 1.2 Nm).

Note
The upper fasteners are behind the IP carrier.
Remove the module from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Firmware Reinstall - Touchscreen.
Perform the thermal system test. See Cooling System - Thermal Test.
