Hose - DCDC Converter to Battery Pump 2 (Remove and Replace)

Removal
- Remove the HV battery. See HV Battery (RWD/AWD) (Remove and Install).
- Remove the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Put a coolant drain container underneath the front of the vehicle to catch any coolant during the next step.

Release the clamp that attaches the hose to the DCDC converter, and then remove the hose from the DCDC converter.
NoteAllow coolant to fully drain from both the DCDC converter and the hose before continuing to the next step.

Release the clips (x2) that attach the coolant hose to the body stud.
- Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.
- Lower the vehicle to access the hood area.

Place a coolant catcher underneath the vehicle to catch any coolant that may spill during the next steps.

Remove the clip that attaches the hose to the front drive unit inlet hose.

Release the hose clamp that attaches the hose to the battery pump 2, and then remove the hose from the battery pump 2. Plug the battery pump 2 with a coolant plug from the coolant hose plug kit.

Route the hose along the LH side of the rail, and then remove the hose from the vehicle.
Installation

Place the hose into position for installation.

Remove the coolant plug from the battery pump 2, and then attach the hose to the pump. Secure the hose with the clamp.

Install the clip that attaches the hose to the front drive unit inlet hose.
- Remove the coolant catcher from underneath the vehicle. Clean up any spilled coolant.
- Raise the vehicle fully. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.

Install the hose to the DCDC converter, and then secure the hose with hose clamp.

Install the coolant hose retaining clips (x2) to the body stud.
- Install the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
- Install the HV battery. See HV Battery (RWD/AWD) (Remove and Install).
- Perform a coolant system refill. See Cooling System - Partial Refill and Bleed.
