    Using Hydroblade tool and glass cleaner for lubrication cut through urethane to free 1.0 side applique, Ensure to clear the seals and cut through the urethane, Careful not to damage the paint on the roof rail as you cut
  19. Remove bolts securing RH roof motor

  20. Separate RH roof motor from motor block
  21. Disconnect RH sunroof motor connector
  22. Remove right rear cam block

  23. Slide pano roof rear right link forward to cam block opening

  24. Lift up rear right link and remove guide shoe
  25. Slide pano roof rear right link back past frame channel
  26. Remove RH rear stop screw

  29. Remove old urethane from body

  31. Install RH panoramic roof drive cable

    Leave enough slack to install link
  32. Insert the rear right link into the drive cable

    Both rear link and drive cable should fix like a puzzle, Careful not to damage fixed glass or side rail
  33. Gently tap the rear right link to move assembly into frame channels
  34. Slide pano roof rear right link forward to cam block opening

  35. Lift up rear right link and install guide shoe
  36. Slide pano roof rear right link back towards rear opening

  54. Connect laptop to vehicle with a tethered Ethernet connection via Toolbox 3

    1x connector, 2x clips, Newer models will access connector below MCU with cubby removed, Older models will access port at LH side of IP with end cap removedOpen Toolbox 3 website and establish connection to vehicle: https://toolbox.teslamotors.com, Select connection status icon at top right corner and select Connect Locally (icon will turn green when vehicle is connected), Local connection will enable service mode plus on display
  55. Select ‘Actions’ tab and search for ‘Calibrate Sunroof’
  56. Select ‘Calibrate sunroof’, click ‘Run’, and allow routine to complete

  59. Disconnect Toolbox from vehicle and install cubby under MCU

  60. Partially open panoramic sunroof

  61. Install clips onto both side roof appliques

    Apply a small amount of grease in area where clip is going to be installed
  62. Set applique into place and mark with tape

    Place tape marks on roof rail aligned with clips
  63. Apply primer to frame and applique clips
  64. Apply small amounts of urethane to back of clips
  65. Install 2nd gen side roof appliques

    Allow urethane to setTape front edges down into installation position.
  66. Remove masking tape from roof rails
  67. Operate sliding glass and verify that glass does not shudder while opening or closing
  68. Raise all four windows
  69. Close all four doors
